become true, and what the foreigner politicians of the super nations
can do or not in our country, while they were helping us to build our
country and resist Viet-Minh by the equal level of the friendship.
They always obey our foreigner friends to advance profit and let the
people die in the war, hungry and poor. It is the best way they could
do for themselves, no more than it to choose if they don't want to
die as Former Ngo-Dinh-Diem ...! "

Phuong shook her head, she said :

" I do not understand about politics; I only know the people are
poor

and hungry without any policy for help by our government...! "

Nguyen looked at Phuong.

" Yes, you may not understand ... but you will. We were
dominated

about 1000 years by Chinese imperialist and about 100 years by

French colonialism. Now the war came from the ideology

communism and liberalism. The supper power has been
interfering to

the sovereignty of our country in the name of "friendship" to
help

us. Too many young men die in this dirty war, too many things

up to our life ... Now, our government was puppet only! "
