During the year 2022-23 (upto 31/10/2022), there were accretions of 4222 bills for Rs. 83.85 crs and
clearances were 4114 bills for Rs.65.66 Crs. (inclusive of OB of 1671 bills of Rs.14.49 crs). During the month of
October 22. The outstanding under this head to end of 20/10/2022 is Rs. 59.68 crs on account of 1779 bills.

3.0 ACHIEVEMENTS / HIGHLIGHTS OF THE YEAR 2022-23 UPTO OCTOBER 2022

3.1 The ordinary working expenditure to end of Oct, 2022 is Rs.1842.40 Cr. as against the budget
proportion of Rs.1712.67 Cr which is excess by Rs.129.73 Cr compared to Budget Proportion. However,

expenditure to end of Oct, 2021 is excess by Rs.376.04 Cr compared to COPPY but Compared to
expenditure to end of Oct 2020 is excess by Rs.523.71 Cr.

3.2 Sundry Earnings to end of October 2022 is Rs. 58.62 Cr, which is less by Rs.-3.32 Cr (-5%) compared to
last year and less by Rs. -64.87 Cr (-53%) compared to the target to end of OCTOBER 2022. Sundry
Earnings of Engineering dept increased by Rs. 24.09 Cr compared to the COPPY. Sundry earnings of
Commercial dept increased marginally by Rs. 7.75 Cr compared to COPPY.
