Introduc on

This book is the first part of our two‐part compila on of short stories in with
the themes of the four seasons. It was wri en as the CAS (Crea vity, Ac vi‐
ty, Service) Project of us student creators of the book for our IB Diploma.
However, it was also wri en with fun and passion.

The compila on contains stories of several genres, including horror and
family, as well as themes following the seasonal holidays. Autumn centers
around horror stories for Halloween, while Winter features the coldness on
the season but also the happiness of warmth of fun and family in winter.

Part I Autumn consists of three short horror stories wri en by Brian Lo, then
is followed up by Part II Winter, which includes a longer narra ve wri en by
myself about the beauty of winter and a Christmas tragedy inspired by The
Li le Match Girl wri en by Kevin Wong. The book is illustrated beau fully
by Claudia Lam and Emma So.

We had a lot of fun wri ng this book and I hope that you will enjoy reading
it as much as we did wri ng it!
