They understood Jesus very well and they did exactly what they understood. The devil is a lie and Jesus is the truth. Either you believe the truth or you believe the lie. You believe Jesus or you believe the devil.

Since the Bible is about Jesus, everywhere you read in it from Genesis to the book of Revelation, you will find a reference leading to Jesus, a reference about Jesus, a reference containing Jesus or a message by Jesus. \\/hether you are listening, preaching, praying or reading your favorite scripture, if you aren't hearing from Jesus, you haven't heard nothing worth listening to. If you're not talking about
Jesus, you're not saying nothing worth talking about.
The Bible has been read more than any book in the world; but it has also been proper/y studied less than any book in the world.
