Welcome everyone to

our November magazine.

At this time, you'll be in full swing of the winter period and the
flu vaccination programme, across all four countries in the UK.
And when things are as busy as they can be, it's important that
Numark makes you profitable and you can maximise all the
benefits that come from being a Numark member.

One thing I would encourage you to have a look at is the Discount
Partners that we have available to you and associated with your
membership. I can say, hand on heart, that the Numark team
works to ensure you receive the best possible pricing in the
marketplace when you utilise our Discount Partners proposition.
Coupled to this, I will be working with the team to try and make
access to all those partners as simple and easily identifiable as it
possibly can be, for you and your pharmacy teams.
On my recent visits to members’ pharmacies, I have heard that,
at times, you find it difficult to navigate these offers and that
is something the team will actively consider and seek to make
identification as easy as we can. That will be something that the
team and I will work on over the coming weeks and months.

It would also be important to get ready and to think about the
approaching festive period when prescriptions are traditionally
at their highest level for a community pharmacy. With that in
mind, it would be useful this month to have a review of how
your operations within the pharmacy are working and if there's
anything you could do to prepare yourself for the busiest period
of the year.
This month is traditionally the month when coughs and colds and
other flu-like symptoms become apparent across the population.
Numark’s own brand OTC range is ideally placed to assist you
remain profitable and for the citizens to be well cared for in our
community pharmacies.
