Following the success of our recent full-day training session in Glasgow,
designed specifically for Independent Pharmacist Prescribers focusing on
Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), we are opening interest for more
events at a location near you!
Hosted and in partnership with Ashburton Academy, David Wright, Head
of Training and Clinical Governance, led an engaging and practical session,
helping participants to enhance their expertise in the menopause.
The training was a wonderful opportunity for our members to come together,
share knowledge, and prepare to make a real impact on their communities.

Why this event was important

Expanded clinical offering: Attendees left the session equipped to broaden
their scope of practice and support more patients.

Increased income potential: Pharmacists learned how to turn their
Independent Prescriber (IP) qualification into a valuable revenue stream.

Real impact: With HRT being under-prescribed, this training empowered
members to provide life-changing care for many women struggling with
menopausal symptoms.
