Our semi-automated ‘pick to prescription’
application which allows for seamless
prescription assembly direct from the
PHOENIX tote. This eliminates the need
to double handle stock from totes, saving
precious time from checking off invoices
and putting orders away multiple times a
day, in addition to significantly reducing
the requirement for all the peripheral stock
management tasks such as stock rotation
and date checking.
Following recent members feedback, we
have enhanced Golden Tote, by introducing
new features aimed at assisting you in the
streamlined operation of your pharmacy
which include multiterminal functionality
allowing you to utilise Golden Tote
functionality on multiple PMRs within the
pharmacy at the same time.

being able to assemble through Golden Tote
to maximise efficiencies. Enhancing your
visibility by receiving targeted notifications
on product availability and price and giving
you further control with the drug tariff
blocker, enabling you to block any lines over
Drug Tariff whilst still having the ability to
assemble through Golden Tote to maximise
efficiencies, supported by barcode manager
where you can self-verify barcodes.
Both the Numark Account Management
team and I have worked closely with
the Golden Tote team to visit members,
demonstrating Golden Tote in operation.
Due to this, I have had some real positive
success with seeing more members signing
up to Golden Tote in the past 12 months,
allowing pharmacies being able to focus on
delivering more services and independently
prescribe.
