training opportunity

We are thrilled to share the success

of our recently launched fully funded
training initiative in partnerships with

Buttercups Training.

The initiative, which was launched on 13th January,
saw in just one hour, 50 of our valued members seizing
this exciting opportunity, and by the end of the day,
registrations soared, with all available spaces being
fully booked.

This fantastic response highlights the crucial need for workforce
development within our community. By unlocking £500,000 of
unused levy funding, we've enabled Numark members in England
to train and upskill their teams, through the Pharmacy Technician
Training Programme (PTTP) Apprenticeship.
Numark Chairman, Harry McQuillan, shared, "The remarkable
interest in such a short timeframe showcases not only the sector's
commitment to addressing workforce challenges but also Numark’s
dedication to delivering tangible value to its members.”
This is just the beginning of a brighter future for community
pharmacy. Buttercups Training is ready to guide participating
members every step of the way, ensuring their journey from
registration to training is seamless.

shaping the future of pharmacy! Places are allocated on a first come
first served basis, with the team at Buttercups reaching out to all
those who registered their interest and beginning the onboarding
