New Dispensing Fee Scale
The October 2024 and April 2025 feescales for Dispensing Practices in England and Wales were recently
published and can be seen in the table below.
For reference, the table below also includes the Dispensing Fee and bandings for April 2024.
These changes have reduced the dispensing fee from October 2024 to an average of 218.7p per item, which
is an average of 0.2p less than in April 2024.
From April 2025, the feescale falls again by an average of 5.37p per item to 213.3p when compared to
October 2024
This year, the new methodology has been incorporated to reduce the yo-yo effect of the biannual feescale
changes.
