Spray, Ultra Chloraseptic Sore Throat Pain Relief Blackcurrant Flavour 0.71% w/v Oromucosal Spray, Children’s Chloraseptic Sore Throat Pain Relief 0.71% w/v Oromucosal Spray (benzocaine). Indications: Symptomatic relief of sore throat pain.
Posology and method of administration: Adults and children 13 years and over: 3 sprays (3mg) to the back of the throat every 2-3 hours up to a maximum of 8 doses per day. Children 6-12 years: 1 spray (1mg) to the back of the throat every 2-3
hours up to a maximum of 8 doses per day. Contra-indications: Children under 6 years. Epiglottitis. Known hypersensitivity to benzocaine or any of the excipients listed in section 6.1. Methaemoglobinaemia. Special warnings and precautions: Do
not administer to children under 6 years. Do not use for more than 3 consecutive days. Do not spray into eyes. If sore throat is severe or persistent, or accompanied by fever, headache or nausea consult your doctor. Avoid eating or drinking as long as the
numbness lasts. Excipient warnings: Contains propylene glycol. Side effects: Allergic reactions have been reported very occasionally with benzocaine. There have been occasional reports of temporary breathing difficulty, face or mouth swelling.

Chloralieve Honey & Lemon Flavour 2mg/0.6mg/1.2mg lozenges. Chloralieve Blackcurrant Flavour 2mg/0.6mg/1.2mg lozenges. (lidocaine hydrochloride, amylmetacresol, 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol). Indications: Relief of symptoms of sore throats in adults
and adolescents over 12 years of ages. Posology and method of administration: 1 lozenge every 2-3 hours, up to a maximum of 8 lozenges in a 24-hour period for adults, and up to a maximum of 4 lozenges for children over 12 years of age. Slowly
dissolve the lozenge in the mouth, do not dissolve in the sac of the cheek. Do not take this medicine before meals or drinking. Contra-indications: Do not use Chloralieve Lozenges in children under 12 years of age. Hypersensitivity to the active substances
or to any of the excipients listed in section 6.1. A history of allergy to local anaesthetics of the amide type. In patients who have a history of or are suspected to have methaemoglobinaemia. Special warnings and precautions: If symptoms persist for
longer than 2 days, worsen, or other symptoms appear, the patient should contact a doctor or pharmacist and the condition should be evaluated for bacterial infections. Do not use for more than 5 days. Follow the indicated dosage. Should not be used if
greater acute wounds are present in the mouth or throat. Acutely ill and frail elderly patients are more susceptible to adverse effects. Risk of choking, altered sensitivity of the mouth and throat, pulmonary aspiration. Excipient warnings: Contains glucose
and sucrose. Colourants may cause allergic reactions. Side effects: Rare: Hypersensitivity reactions, angioedema, urticaria, bronchospasm, hypotension, stinging of the throat and unpleasant taste. Not known: Pharyngeal edema, nausea, oral discomfort,
