Pharmacy professionals are known for Wellbeing is not an individual responsibility

        Financial wellbeing: Building stability
        in uncertain times

        The financial landscape for pharmacists
is also evolving, with rising operational
        costs, funding pressures, and economic
        uncertainty presenting ongoing challenges.
        Pharmacy owners must navigate
        fluctuating reimbursement rates while
        maintaining profitability, and employees
often face financial stress due to increasing
        living costs.

Financial wellbeing is a key pillar of overall
        wellbeing. Practical support, such as
        budgeting advice, financial planning tools,
        and education on managing finances,
can help pharmacists gain confidence in
their financial stability. In May, Pharmacist
Support, in partnership with Rebel Finance
School, will launch a new financial wellbeing
strand of our work, offering expert-led
guidance to help pharmacists take control
of their finances, plan for the future, and
        build financial resilience.
