                 We know that our members are busy, and that’s why we have developed
                 PSUK Chat. Our digital chat solution is finally here and has a number of
                 benefits to simplify the way you communicate with us.
                 A new way to chat to us
                 Spotted the little smiley face symbol in the bottom right corner when
                 browsing the PSUK website?
                 This is our chat messenger.  Click on it to open it up and ask us a
                 question or have a chat with us about your membership.
                 The chat box is managed by our PSUK Team so you will be speaking to a
                 real person who knows your industry and membership inside out and will
                 be able to answer and support you with any queries you may have.
                 It’s a super quick support method that allows you to chat with us without
                 writing out a formal email, picking up the phone, and you can leave a
                 message and come back to it when you’re ready, to suit your busy day.

                 Conversation tracking
                 Need some further advice following a previous conversation?
                 PSUK chat allows us to revert back to previous conversations you’ve had
                 with our team so we can quickly pick up details such as order reference
                 numbers, the page you were on when you first asked us the question,
                 and who you spoke with, often meaning we can put you back in touch
                 with the person you were speaking to previously.

                 Rate your experience with us
                 We hope you’re always happy with your experience with PSUK chat, and
                 now you can easily tell us what you thought.
                 A quick smiley face or sad face will start you off, and give you the option
                 to add further details about your experience.  This helps us monitor how
                 we’re performing and put actions in place to improve our service to you.
