Price Concessions
Price concessions awarded in November increased slightly vs October to 139.
Members can utilise the PSUK over tariff functionality in the portal to see which lines
after rebate are over tariff, and review products ordered throughout the month that
are over tariff.
Number of concessions
We have also seen the average re-imbursement price for generics drop to its lowest
point since August 2022 signifying a reduction in generic pricing across the market
following the sharp increases seen last winter.
For dispensing practices this will mean a reduction in wholesale spend vs August and
September – but also a reduction in rebate due to lower pricing.
