Eczema

Eczema prone skin does not produce
as much fat and oil, which makes it
harder to trap moisture in the skin.
This weakens the skin barrier leading
to dry, irritated, cracked skin. Eczema
skin is more prone to irritation and Ichthyosis
allergic reactions, making your skin Ichthyosis is a rare skin condition
red and inflamed. that causes thick, dry and rough
skin with ‘fish-like scales’ which
can be widespread and persistent.

ichthyosis – some we inherit and

develop as we go through life.
We can experience dry skin on its own or
it can be a symptom of a skin condition,
such as eczema, psoriasis or ichthyosis.
