restrictions on learning foreign languages lead to a decline in the quality of
education, a slowdown in scientific progress, and a weakening of international
integration. In today’s globalized world, access to foreign languages is essential for
accessing scientific knowledge, developing innovation, and ensuring sustainable
development.
Recommendations
• To further liberalize state policies regarding foreign language learning;
• To widely implement modern and interactive teaching methods in the
education system;
• To expand access to international scientific resources and platforms;
• To systematically introduce foreign language learning from an early age;
To improve teachers’ qualifications and provide them with modern pedagogical
technologies.
