Conclusions:
Weight gain is associated with JAK inhibitor treatment in this study. Concomitant Methotrexate decreased risk of weight gain associated with Baricitinib. Further research is warranted to delineate the specific pathways and factors contributing to weight changes in individuals undergoing JAK inhibitor therapy.
