INCATEP is developer of training systems, for port workers.
The company was established in 1999, since then we have successfully delivered and commissioned large scale projects of : recruitment, selection, and training in Brazil, Latin América e África, using selection tools, and simulation systems for clients all over the world. With a team of highly skilled personnel, registered companies in Brazil and the Moçambique , INCATEP today has a truly global footprint. INCATEP has successfully delivered many full mission to port terminais solutions over the years and a very
large number of part task, classroom and mobile simulator and training solutions.

Our services are built to comply with the latest local and global statutory standards and our customer have the peace of mind that comes from knowing that our service have all been certified by the world's leading competent authorities : ISO 9001:2015 - Brazil - INMETRO/ABS and EUA - ANAB/ABS, and the INCATEP is certified by Brazilian Maritime Authority ti certify port workers at national level in the PREPOM
program.
Developing customized solutions has always been one of our key strengths and we have created a
professional certification program for port workers following the standard ISO 17014/2012.
