With the winter holidays behind us and the spring season now on our doorstep, the KMGA
tournament season is ready to start again. 2020 was a challenging year for many of us, but one
of the silver linings was that we were able to continue with a robust golf schedule. Our 2021
KMGA Tournament Schedule includes fifteen events, all of which will be held over weekends. The

KMGA 2021 season formally kicks off with our first SHOOTOUT tournament on Saturday, April 3
on the Plantation Course. Tournament information will be sent out in early March.

Your KMGA Board continues to update and modernize the KMGA website (http://kmgolf.org/) to
make it more useful and informative to members. Last year we added a new Policies &
Procedures section to our website that contains governance information of the KMGA such as the
President’s Annual Letter, our By-Laws and Association Policies, and Handicap Program
documents. The KMGA website hosts the 2021 Tournament Schedule and information pertaining

to the new World Handicap System (WHS). Don’t forget, we have a member Directory which is
password protected on the KMGA website as well.

Your KMGA Board and the Kingsmill Pro Staff will continue to use the Golf Genius system and our
website to share information on the KMGA tournament flights, pairings and tee time information
for all our KMGA events, as well as posting updated KMGA point tallies that are used to determine
qualifying and selection to the Shootout Finals and the East-West Championship teams. There
will be lots of useful information posted to our website over the coming year. We intend for the

KMGA website to become your primary resource for keeping up-to-date on all things KMGA.
