The Sports Club








               Fitness Challenge














           The Sports Club Fitness Challenge is a way for sports club members to track
           their workouts, work to reach new goals and have some friendly competition.
           The challenge rewards those who are dedicated and consistent. Sports Club
           classes and workouts when completed can be logged at the sports club front

           desk where you can accumulate your total weekly and monthly sessions.


           At  the  end  of  each  month,  each  member’s  total  number  of  workouts
           completed will be counted and members will be rewarded according to their

           work!  There  are  three  different  titles/rewards  you  can  win  through  the
           Kingsmill Sports Club Fitness Challenge:


















                                       Eligible classes and workouts for the
                                     Kingsmill Sports Club Fitness Challenge
                     Any Fitness class taken at Kingsmill such as Water Aerobics, Cycle,
                        Pilates, Yoga, Muscle Sculpting, Muscle Conditioning, and or a
                        personal workout completed at the Kingsmill can be counted

                                   towards the Sports Club Fitness Challenge.


                    How to enter into the Fitness challenge and record your workouts
                     Go to the Sports Club front desk and let the attendant there know

                   what class or workout you completed and they will record it for you in
                                              the fitness challenge log.
