Dear Members,
From all of us in the Food and Beverage team at Kingsmill, we hope you have had a safe and wonderful Holiday
season. With the winter season upon us, we would like to update you on current and future offerings within the
Club and Resort. We will present multiple promotions in the upcoming months and a monthly calendar will be
presented in the weekly newsletter and on our resort website. Watch your newsletter and website for further
news.
Diner’s Club Cards – This Food & Beverage promotion is currently suspended. While we are not continuing this
in the future, we request any Member with a completed card to use it by February 28, 2021. Any cards that are
partially completed will be honored on a pro-rated basis as well. We feel we can design and implement a better
rewards program in the future and are excited about its rollout later this year.
Mug Club - Plans and events were interrupted by the pandemic along with the billing and renewal cycle. We will
bring the Mug Club Renewal back in April of this year. We will try to plan events and gatherings as allowable by
state regulations as they progress.
Eagles Clubhouse
As many of you are aware, we are in a phase of state-mandated operational guidelines with certain restrictions
still in place. Face masks will continue to be required in all indoor spaces and may be removed for the
consumption of food and beverage while seated at your table; we ask that masks remain in place while moving
throughout ALL dining areas. Social distancing will remain a requirement, and we will continue to operate under
the required occupancy guidelines.
On select evenings we will promote different arrays of special offerings in the upcoming weeks and months.

James Landing Grill
Currently, we will be closed for the season with special promotions for pick up on selected dates in January and
February.
Every Friday & Saturday–January thru March
O’Neil’s River Patio and Firepit | 4:00pm-9:00pm
We will offer a full beverage menu and a limited snack menu on the patio and fire pit area. We will continue this
offering through the next few months until the weather permits us to open more fully.
