         Pick your sauce: Marinara, Alfredo, or Fresh Basil Pesto
         Pick your topping(s): Shrimp, Chicken, Fresh Garden Vegetables, Peppers, Olives, Fresh
         Tomatoes, Roasted Squash, and more seasonal options
         Hot Buffet: Eggplant Parmesan, Linguine with a White Clam Sauce, Lemon Risotto with

         Roasted Artichokes, Ratatouille, and Chicken Piccata
         Cold Buffet: Italian Antipasto Salad, Cucumber Tomato with Fresh Dill Salad, Roasted
         Asparagus with Fresh Figs and Raspberry Salad, Orzo with Smoked Chicken Salad, plus two

         Next to the pasta station is the spinning Caesar Salad station. Watch as our chef attendant

         Member Price: 20% off Regular Price
         Freshly made 8-ounce Angus Burger served on a Brioche Toasted Roll with Lettuce,
         Tomato, and Red Onion
         Served with your choice of topping: Caramelized Onions, Applewood Smoked Bacon,
         Cheddar Cheese, or Sautéed Mushrooms
         Served with our new French Fries with Specialty Seasoning

       Friday Night: Prime Rib Night

         Price: $39 ++ (Member Discount Applies)
         Freshly cooked slowly roasted over three hours with Fresh Herbs, Minced Garlic, and Prime
         Rib Beef
         Cooked rare, medium rare, medium, or any way you like
         Served with our enormous Baked Potato, Sour Cream, Chives, and hand-clipped Green
         Beans
         Made from fresh veal stock, a side of Au Jus is offered, or a side of freshly made Béarnaise
         Sauce made with fresh Tarragon, and Hollandaise Sauce
         While you wait, please enjoy your choice of either a Garden or Caesar Salad, included with
         your meal
         In addition, there will be two dessert specials offered every night, and these will change
         weekly according to the season
