LAS COLINAS
Las Colinas is an established
submarket that is often in the
running as a strategic location for
corporate office users, due to the
major corporations present and
strong regional access.
In Q1 2020, Las Colinas experienced
negative 384,000 SF of net absorption
but gained back some ground with
positive 121,000 SF of net absorption
in Q2 2020. Several large users
moving within the DFW Freeport/
Coppell micromarket contributed to
the drop in demand.
Two speculative 200,000 SF
properties in Cypress Waters have
delivered in Q3 thus far, with one
property already 20% leased and the
other fully available.
