                              H.S.H. Prince (Dr Professor) Heinrich von und zu Liechtenstein
                                                       Liechtenstein Academy

              Prince Heinrich is a Professor at the IESE Business School, Director of The Liechtenstein Academy, and an author and leading
              researcher on the topic of legacy families and their family offices. He is a former entrepreneur and consultant at The Boston
              Consulting Group. He holds a doctoral degree in business and economic sciences from the University of Vienna; an MA in
              business administration from the University of Graz; and an MBA from IESE Business School. He is a board member of the
Liechtenstein Academy Foundation and the Templeton Foundation. In addition to his teaching duties in the MBA course at IESE, Prof.
Liechtenstein is the author of a number of respected books and articles in the fields of corporate finance, strategic investing, family business
and other areas of relevance to the session at Oxford.

                                                        Mark Haynes Daniell
                                                    Raffles Family Wealth Trust
              Mark is the Founder and Chairman of the Raffles Family Wealth Trust. Mark is a former Director at Bain & Company, with a
              special focus on family and privately-owned businesses. He also has extensive experience as a merchant bank director, director
              of family businesses (both public and private) and as an advisor to legacy families and their businesses. He is a graduate of the
              Phillips Exeter Academy, Amherst College, Oxford University (University College) and the Harvard Law School. He also
holds diplomas from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and the Université de Paris IV-Sorbonne. Mr. Daniell has written or co-
authored seven books on legacy family matters, including Strategy for the Wealthy Family; Family Wealth Management; Family Legacy and
Leadershp; Strategy: A Step-by-Step Approach to the Development and Presentation of World Class Business Strategy; The Elements of Strategy;
and Wealth Wisdom for Everyone.

                                                             Robert Batt
                                                     TRC-Family Relationships
              Robert is an acknowledged expert on the individual and family issues endemic to wealthy families, and he is also the Founder
              of The Recovery Centre in London. A trained counsellor, Robert attended the Harrow School, holds a master’s degree in
              psychology and studied positive psychology with professors from Harvard and philosophy at Oxford University. His family has
              owned the same extensive English estate in Norfolk since 1620 and he is, therefore, ably equipped to understand the difficulties
and conflicts that arise in wealthy families within and across generations. Robert’s firm, and his own practice, address both the relationship
issues in the ‘family system’ and the individual issues that can contribute so importantly - positively or negatively - to the long term harmony
and success of the family, its businesses and its other many endeavours.

                                                           Izabella Zwack
                                                       Izabella Zwack Winery
              Izabella is the Founder of the Izabella Zwack winery and active manager of a family spirits business founded in 1790. Izabella
              has served as a Member of the Board of Directors of Zwack Unicum Likoripari es Kereskedelmi Nyrt since 2008. She joined the
              Company in 2003 as Head of the Wine Department where she created the Izabella Zwack Wine Selection. Since 1995, she has
              been the owner of the Dobogo winery in Tokaj. She studied languages, literature and philosophy at the University of Florence.
She is passionate about wine and has also completed the Marketing Course at the University of California Davis and a FISAR sommelier
course in Florence.

                                                            Rupert Phelps
                                   Board of Advisors of the Global Partnership Family Offices
              Rupert is an acknowledged expert on the history of legacy families and their family offices in the United Kingdom and in
              Europe. He is a graduate of the University of St. Andrews and a former officer in The Life Guards. Rupert is currently the head
              of Family Office Services at Savills, based in London. Before taking up his role at Savills in 2014, he was for seven years Director
              of Family Office Services at BNY Mellon Wealth Management in London. Formerly he has also served as a board member of
a single FO, Global Head of Private Banking & Wealth Management at Euromoney, and in senior roles at UBS Global Asset Management
and Merrill Lynch.
