So far very frustrating—so teed off I didn’t even have a drink yesterday evening????????????
Maybe Today!
Will start gluing and nailing this thing together today. . . . give it a few days then fill the
gaps – then put some poor soul to work starting to sand it, then seal it quick.
Newspaper and TV reporters starting to show up . . . which reinforced the importance
of this project for our Nation.
I knew for me to have my name associated with this, my team had to come together
and work tirelessly simply because we only had about 6 weeks to complete 6 months of work.
Well we did it and are damn proud to have participated in the Abraham Lincoln Hearse
build project. This eighteen month project turned into endless hours of research, flight miles,
and the burning of the proverbial midnight oil.
I hope someday someone will say Jack . . . . job well done.
