She noted that Adhiyogi consistently extended classes beyond their scheduled time, offering space for deeper practice and personal improvement.
Jacob Rowan, a newcomer to yoga, found the classes accessible and welcoming.
“A good course. I'm more flexible now than when I started,” he said. For someone beginning
their yoga path, that’s a milestone.
And from Sanjay Gautam, who had been attending for three semesters, the verdict was clear:
“Best of the three semesters I have been attending.”
The progression was palpable—not just physically, but in the cohesion, commitment, and clarity that the community cultivated under Adhiyogi’s care.
Together, these voices formed a chorus of appreciation for a teacher who brought the essence of yoga to life, tailored for each soul, each schedule, and each aspiration. The Fall 2002 session of Authentic Yoga at George Mason University was more than a class—it was a sanctuary, a laboratory of transformation, and a cherished chapter in many lives.
