My second Sanskrit composition
Author’s Preface
 nīlakaṇṭhaviracitāni īśvarapraṇidhānasūtrāṇi was released
 on gaṇeśa caturthī 2023. I started writing commentary on these sūtrās on the same day as
 suggested by the first student who purchased the sūtrās book. Also, numerous students over
 the years have asked me questions on Yoga practice, which include how they can start their
 practice, how they can progress in their practice, how they can feel satisfied in their practice,
 how they know they are aligned with the true Yoga Philosophy, etcetera. In this book, I
 provide tips on Yoga practice, especially as related to the īśvarapraṇidhāna.
As all Yoga practitioners of today know well that most of the Yoga which is practiced today is not the Classical Yoga. Classical Yoga deals with obtaining Samadhi (total concentration of mind) and Kaivalya (spiritual liberation). Today, one practices mainly Yoga exercise that does not have much, if not nothing at all, to do with the Classical Yoga. This situation, though not to be condemned, must be corrected so that today’s yoga practitioner obtains the desired benefits from their practice in the name of Yoga and at the same time knows what Classical Yoga is. I have addressed this need almost fully in my Adhiyoga System® 1998. This system is
