Page 25 - What is the Squad List?

This is easier said than done because there are literally thousands of “commodity” companies out there, so you need to be selective as to which ones you choose (I use the B.R.I.D.G.E. system to help me build my portfolio– see below). If you get my Squad List, you can see a list of about 40 companies and funds that I choose from - having reviewed them using my B.R.I.D.G.E. system, which I use as a filter when building my portfolio. It helps me make my selections.
There are several things you need to consider when making your selections, for example:
1.What kind of companies/funds do I want to invest in?
2.Which countries are their assets in?
3.Which currencies do they give me exposure to?
4.Where are they in the commodity life cycle (explorers, developers or
producers)?
Hopefully, you can see from the list above that this gives me a well- diversified portfolio.
As a seasoned investor in the sector, I’m fortunate that I’ve looked at A LOT of different companies. I go to several events each year where I get the opportunity to speak to management, and occasionally, I hear of a company for the first time.
It's rare, but it happens.
