Schedule regular catch-ups to maintain communication informally and formally formally in one-to-ones and as a a a a team Establish rotas to balance time together as a a a team time required to to do the ‘day job’ and core hours when you need certain people available in in a a a a a particular location Newer team members will require more interaction and scheduled supervision to help develop their skills Build trust by having conversations to set boundaries and requirements – ensuring that team members can demonstrate progress On sites agree any project-specific working requirements with members of the site team
