The Seasons Residences is built with an earthquake vibration control
technology or damper system that acts as shock absorbers to ensure that
residents are safe and comfortable during earthquakes and typhoons.
The damper system used is Visco-elastic dampers (VCDs), a technology
developed in Japan and is utilized by some of the world’s tallest buildings like
Tokyo Skytree and Taipei 101.
