MOTHER WALLS A.M.E. ZION CHURCH

Rosaland Gilford has been a member of the African Episcopal Zion Church since her childhood.
First developing as a member of Caldwell African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church Bronx New
York, then Mother Walls African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church Bronx New York, presently. A
registered nurse by profession. She cares persons with kidney failure on dialysis.
She is the youngest of three siblings and the mother of a beautiful daughter, Avaya Gilford. Sis.
Roz, affectionately called, is a stalwart person in character, and an admirable volunteer. As a
beloved viable member of Mother Walls, she lends her talents and spiritual gift to the furthering
of God’s kingdom. You can find her at work in the church as a Steward, Choir Director, Life
Members President of our W.H.O.M.S., and very often a voice of reason and wisdom in the life
of our church. You can find her among many hands distributing food to the local community
especially at Caldwell A. M.E. Zion Church.
Sis. Roz, Mother Walls celebrates you on this extravagant day. We love you dearly and deeply.
