Summary
Clouds, both Public and Private, are Datacentres.
To conform to the NIST definition they must offer:
• On demand self service
• They must be elastic
• They must offer broad network access
• They must offer measured service
These characteristics are achieved through software defined data centre
architectures (SDDC)

Private and Public Clouds
