Study Part 2 and then work together to complete the following:

• Determine the top three business outcomes that this organization should
focus on attaining

• For each outcome, list three to five business capabilities the organization
will need to be capable of accomplishing

• For each business capability, decide what technology solutions and
services will be required

• Arrange the technology solutions and services into a roadmap for phased
implementation over time and show any dependencies
