Pre-Sales Support

Using our SaaS based CloudCenter and ServiceNow labs we can deliver custom demonstrations and proof of value/concepts. RFP response
support is also available earlier in the sales cycle.

Implementation & Integration
Integration of CloudCenter into a customer’s operating environment is key to the success of project. Workshop based requirements gathering
starts the process with key stakeholders. Functionality is then delivered using an Agile SCRUM based delivery. Standard integrations available

include ServiceNow, SSO, Elastic Search and any other REST based interface.

Training, Enablement & Adoption

Crucial to the success of any implementation, currently we are the only EMEA Cisco Partner certified to deliver both Sales and Technical
CloudCenter training. Our adoption based approach ensures that any change to working is fully understood and accepted prior to deployment.

Ongoing Mentoring Services

CloudCenter is a subscription based service which means that ongoing mentoring services are critical to both future renewal and expansion.
