Project – Access and Permissions

Users must be granted rights at the Project level to be able to see and use the
Project

You can grant permissions to Users, Groups and Whole Sub-Tenants

Permissions are
• View – Can see and use project
• Modify – Can edit Project settings such as Budget
• Manage – Modify rights plus can manage sharing

When you create a Phase it will prompt

you if you want to add this phase user to
the project. Clicking Ok adds the users to

the project with View access
