• There is a 4th option – Hosted Private Cloud (off-premise private), sometimes called Virtual
Data Centre VDC.
• We can challenge their understanding by questioning what makes a traditional data center
that we used to have on site with all our servers etc, now called a Private Cloud; why
cloud, what’s changed?
