Promotion: is a process where users move an application through the

deployment lifecycle by Promoting it though the Phases of Project.

• To Promote an Application a User must have
Promote From rights to the currant Phase and
at least Deploy To rights to the next Phase
• Promoting an Application will deploy a new
copy of the App in the next Phase
• You can choose to Terminate the Existing
Deployment
