EXERCISE 2: Identifying Stakeholders: 30 mins
Working in your teams of 3 to 5 and referring to the Business Value
Practitioner Case Study Part 1, select one business outcome that this
customer wants to achieve. For your selected business outcome:
• Document the different viewpoints that you believe may be relevant, and
then specify from the list of known personnel which of these personnel are
likely to be stakeholders whose views will need to be determined and
considered.
• Create a simple RACI chart and determine which stakeholders you believe
may be responsible, accountable, consulted and informed if the company
goes ahead to achieve this outcome.
