Access with Breakout Sessions Pulldown menu

Use Breakout Sessions for multiple Webex
and audio sessions within the main session

Requires use of integrated audio (no “Call-in User XX”)

Each group will have one Presenter who is responsible
for uploading any material and/or conducting a white-
board session

The Host can go into each breakout group to listen or
facilitate, can send messages, and then can summon all
back or end the Breakout sessions

Share File can be used to Share
Videos

Participants see and hear video when
Presenter starts the video

Make sure Participants have laptop
speakers on to hear the video

Share Multimedia can be used to share online content

Multimedia viewer must be enabled through View>Panels

Participants view content at own pace
