Negative indicators:

• If customer has recently upgraded or refreshed
  their Wireless network – not a sweet spot

• If they have zero software running, no
  management tools in use, state that wireless is
  fine as is – Cisco ONE will be seen as too
  expensive and unnecessary

• If customer is too small – e.g. fewer than 100
  Access Points – Cisco ONE a tough sell

• Access Point license portability alone is not
  enough to make a sale
