                   Whenever you’re communicating, you should respect the following:

            1- Be polite:

            •  Even if you're upset about something, do not use language that could be
               upsetting to the recipient.

            •  Respect the recipient's feelings.
             2- Be patient:

            •  Even if you're sending a message to a close friend, remember that he/she
               may still need time to respond or may be busy.
            •  Give him/her time to respond before sending another message.
