Producing an effective presentation
Storyboard is a chart that shows a sequence of content and display your presentation.
Storyboards help you
• Produce an effective presentation.
• Allow you to play your ideas and pre-visualize the results of a presentation.
• Organize your ideas in order.
• Tell the story you want in a simple way.
• Give an organized and understandable presentation.
➢ Create a version of your presentation and then go to: View → slide sorter
A PowerPoint Presentation shouldn't present too much information or take up too much
time.
