            3-Be helpful:


            •  Part of being a good digital citizen is helping others.
            •  Use what you've learned to help those you're communicating with.
            •  It could be a problem they're having, or something they need help doing.


            •  If they need help with online communication, share what you know.

            4- Be clear:
            •  It's easy for misunderstanding to happen when communicating online.

            •  Always be sure your message is clear.


            •  Read it back to yourself before you send it. Could the recipient misinterpret it? If so, revise it
               before sending.
