Types of reviews

1- Fake reviews:
➢ Usually written because a business wants to make their product seem
more appealing (باذج).
➢ Sometimes a rival business will post negative reviews under a false name on
their competitor’s sites to prevent potential customers from buying.
2- Misleading reviews

➢ A review that's overly positive or negative shouldn’t be trusted.
➢ Extreme reactions to products aren't usually good indicators about a product
true value.
• Reviews help customers decide if they want to buy a particular product or not
But be wary of fake reviews.
