on where they work, their specific discipline, and the kinds of clients they care for. But let’s imagine an illustrative journey for
a BAYADA clinician: coming from a nursing home into home care nursing, then on to greater responsibility and reward.
I could find my niche in home care.
My former colleague, Cathy, left last year to go to BAYADA. Now, she loves what she does and it sounds like something I would love, too. Hmmm... home care..never thought about that.
