Better partnerships for better care
Joe V. was at work when a heavy bag fell on his head, causing a spinal cord injury that would change his

Paradigm was brought on early to help manage Joe’s care in the acute hospital and then in rehab. Anticipating his home care needs, Paradigm brought in BAYADA to facilitate a smooth transition. Months before he left rehab, BAYADA put together his nursing team. They came to his rehab unit, attended therapy sessions, observed the nurses on the floor, and assessed his clinical needs. Meeting the care team early meant less stress for Joe and his family.
And he’s had the same care team now for over two years.
While his home was renovated to fit his medical needs, Joe needed temporary housing. Paradigm located an extended- care, extended-stay apartment. It had to hold BAYADA’s 24-hour nursing staff—and have room for his wife and kids to visit.
