 Your Role. Our Mission.
You don’t have to be featured on a brochure to be a brand ambassador. It can be as simple as striking up a conversation in the grocery store check-out line and mentioning your day job. We’re ambassadors when we speak to our stakeholders, when we share work-related news or insights on social media, and when we proudly wear a polo with
the BAYADA dove embroidered on it.
In any story we share, we want the audience to identify with the protagonist. As for our role—and BAYADA’s—we’re simply the guide in that journey.
Even in conveying simple facts — “We have ten specialty practices”— we’ve got to break past the first layer of what, when, and where to explore the why and how. There’s a story behind specialization,
and that story is what differentiates us.
When we talk about BAYADA, we bring three dimensions of our own personal experience of the work, its purpose, and our brand. That’s how the WHY of what we do comes through.
