How To Apply This Guide
This is our brand guidebook. It’s really a “how to” on extending The BAYADA Way,
with inspiration and guidelines for expressing our mission, vision, beliefs, and values in
all communications. Wherever you work, keep it with you. Our hope is that this is the reference that keeps
on giving—where you learn something new
or reinforce what you already know and love about BAYADA each time you use it. Refer to it before phone calls or
presentations to prospects, clients, referrals, and partners, or communicating with your team and colleagues. And in turn, tell us how it’s working for you—and how it could be amended to help you even more.
We envision this guide as a living, breathing, dynamic tool that we build out together.
This doesn’t mean you can’t make a move without it. It just means that with it, the moves you do make may resonate with an additional layer of meaning and effectiveness
for your audience.
