(3) RECOMMENDATION

Deloading of faculty involved in extension projects
may be considered by the administration so as to give the

faculty enough time in accomplishing assigned tasks both

in extension and instruction

ACTION TAKEN :

The administration counted the designation of the

research coordination as faculty teaching equivalent/ load
so as to lessen the faculty load.
