The college believe that Stakeholders’ Engagement is an
important discipline that is used to win support from others. It
helps ensure the attainment of successful project
outcome. The benefits of stakeholder involvement in the
planning process include a reduction in distrust of the
project process or outcome, an increase in commitment to
the project objectives and processes, and heightened
credibility of the project's outcome.
Barangay officials, community leaders, direct
beneficiaries were involved during the planning and
identification of projects and activities to be implemented in
their respective communities. The community and/or the
recipients of project deliverables were also involved in the
monitoring and evaluation of such activities. Results of
which served as an input for the reformulation of another set of
plans.
The community, especially the adopted ones, served as
a social laboratory for students. As such, it provides an
opportunity for students to immerse in the real- life scenario
thereby making learning more authentic, relevant and
concrete.
