plan. The generated revenues will be utilized to improve, and modernize our physical structures and other learning
facilities.
These are some of the major thrusts that the University will embark on within the sphere of the 2019-2023 short
term Development Program.
We prudently plan, and meticulously and judiciously choose our strategic goals to effectively and efficiently deploy
appropriated resources in order to produce the results which we can be proud of and significantly add value to the
university in general.
Although, the tasks ahead are indeed enormous, stakeholders’ expectations and parameters of standard are
getting higher, we, at the Isabela State University, wielding an immovable commitment, perseverance and desire
for quality, excellence and relevance, will navigate the next five years, through a myriad of opportunities and
challenges, including economic and political, enabling us to achieve our aspirations: to provide quality education; to
employ state-of-the-art learning facilities for our students; and to further unlock breakthroughs ; and to be
recognized as one of the leading research universities in the country and in the Southeast Asian Region.
